Ubuntu/Debian:

Windows:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Create a project in Google Cloud Console

Enable the Cloud Vision API

Create a service account and download the JSON key file

Set the path to your credentials in .env file

Copy the example environment file:

cp .env.example .env

Edit .env and update the following:

GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS: Path to your Google Cloud service account JSON key (optional)

FLASK_SECRET_KEY: A random secret key for Flask sessions

UPLOAD_FOLDER: Directory for storing uploaded files (default: uploads)
